Radious is a candidate for Tulsa Public Schools Board of Education District 5.
She founded the Zarrow International PTA, is president of the Tulsa Council of PTAs, and sits on
Oklahoma’s PTA Board of Directors. “Running for the school board is a natural progression; it is
time for me to represent my district on the school board,“ said Guess.
Radious received her bachelor’s degree from Jackson State University in MS and her master’s
degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She owns her own business, EPU Consultants,
and she and her husband have four children. Three of their four children were domestic adoptions
with special health needs.
In the United States, more than 110,000 children with special health needs are waiting for permanent
families and homes. Like all children, they need the nurturing, support and advocacy that a family
can provide to help them realize their hopes and dreams.
